The Marketing and Business Development Team at UHI Moray are getting in to the swing of supporting their mental health this January

They have created a wonderful daily wellbeing schedule to help beat those January blues.

  • Mindfulness Monday – A quick yoga / stretching session
  • Tunes Tuesday – Listening to 3 songs improves your mental health
  • Walking Wednesday – Go for a walk and get some fresh air and daylight
  • Thirsty Thursday – Have you drank enough water today?
  • Feel Good Friday – What do our minds or bodies need today?
