They have created a wonderful daily wellbeing schedule to help beat those January blues.
- Mindfulness Monday – A quick yoga / stretching session
- Tunes Tuesday – Listening to 3 songs improves your mental health
- Walking Wednesday – Go for a walk and get some fresh air and daylight
- Thirsty Thursday – Have you drank enough water today?
- Feel Good Friday – What do our minds or bodies need today?
