NEWS: Great Champion opportunities at Moray Wellbeing Hub – Become ‘Experteer’ and course on group facilitation skills

Lots of great opportunities for folk signed up as Champions in Moray.

1: Group facilitation skills – Level 1 (w/C 19th Nov)  & 2 (w/c 30th Nov)

Being able to facilitate strength-based relationships is a core part of being an active Delivery Team member a Moray Wellbeing Hub. Perhaps you are not a Champion yet but keen to gain some skills, or you’ve trained in Peer2Peer or other courses we run and want to develop further.

Group facilitation skills course aims to:

  • build on your existing knowledge and skills.
  • enhance your ability and confidence to deliver using peer-values – mutual, intentional and authentic.

This course is open to all Champions and is essential for those wishing to be active (paid or pro-bono) under the following roles:
– Peer-facilitator (Level 1 & 2)
– Community Liaison (Level 1)
– Directors (Level 1)
– Coordination team members (Level 2)

Interested? Then help select the dates by close of Thursday 5th Nov. More information on the course is availible on Slack or via our friendly admin team.

 

2: Have a special set of skills you wan to volunteer? Become an Experteer!

Do you have a special set of skills that could support the MWH leadership team? 
Can you offer a few hours a month pro-bono to work as part of a team?
Have you completed Peer2Peer?

If you’ve not done Peer2Peer we still welcome you to consider becoming a Champion and expressing an interest. We run Peer2Peer courses regularly.
