It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and a great chance to celebrate the theme of ‘Kindness’ by doing something different.
We have another four-weeks of events that are fun, supportive and welcoming for ANY age. All of the FREE and hosted by our trained peer-support Champions.
Feedback from our virtual events in April and May;
“I loved the session..(the facillitator) has a lovely relaxed style that means I feel relaxed too…they use words thoughtfully so that I don’t judge myself. I had so much fun.”“Without the lunchtime sessions through the hub I would have no social contact. Its made a massive difference to me during this lockdown and I’m no longer isolated.”
- Saturdays – get creative with movement or paper-based creativity with For Enjoyment
- Tuesdays and Thursdays – eat your lunch and enjoy the chat at out lunchtime gatherings
- Daily – join us as a Champion for informal social space on Zoom or using Slack for anytime chats
Don’t let money worries stop you join us online! We can support your costs 🙂
All activity is currently supported by Moray LEADER as part of the ‘Wellbeing Connected Moray’ project.
