Activity: Forres Wellbeing Project – Free classes for over 50’s

MWH Admin TeamNews

The Forres Wellbeing Project is offering another round of free classes to people who are over 50 in Forres. The classes start again in February, and free transport is available if desired.
All classes are held at Transition Town Forres, Bogton Road.
The project is aimed at tackling social isolation, financial barriers to community/health based activities, and also to support wellness in ageing for the community of Forres. The classes are relaxed, welcoming and are very much focused on the social aspect, as well as the skill being learned.
