“The body is the best friend we have to heal traumas” David Berceli

We live in a very stressful period. The purpose of this workshop is for you to learn a
simple, efficient coping strategy.

The workshop is experiential and will focus on the impact of stress and trauma on
our daily functioning, to show you why connecting with the body is essential. You
will have the opportunity to try out a powerful series of exercises, TRE® (Tension &
Trauma Release Exercises) that assist the body in releasing the deep muscular
patterns of stress, tension and trauma, calming down the nervous system.

TRE® activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating. When this
happens in a safe environment, the body is encouraged to return to a state of
balance. Your physical and mental wellbeing will improve, and your Social
Engagement System and Window of Tolerance will expand. The complimentary
follow-up session will make it easier for you to remember the exercises, so that you
may continue to practice them on your own.

For further background information
about the exercises, please visit www.traumaprevention.com.

All are welcome! To book, email Rachel at wintermo@yahoo.com.

Cost: £20 or what is affordable. Upon booking, you will receive further information,
