Time to Talk Day is back! The nation’s biggest mental health conversation is taking place on Thursday 2nd February 2023
It’s the day that friends, families, communities, and workplaces come together to talk, listen and change lives – and there is still time to get planning how you’re going to take part. You have until tomorrow (19th January 2023) at 8am to order resources, you can do this HERE
Time to Talk Day is run in Scotland by See Me, with SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health); by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness in England; by Inspire and Change Your Mind in Northern Ireland; and Time to Change Wales, all in partnership with the Co-op.
Talking about mental health is a great way to break down the stigma which still exists and prevents so many people from getting help when they need it. As a part of the See Us movement to end mental health stigma and discrimination, Time to Talk Day offers a great opportunity to take action.
After two years of lots of inspiring digital activity, we’re hoping to see folk get back out there into communities, schools and workplaces across Scotland for 2023 and get as many people talking about mental health as we can.
See Me would love for you to get involved in helping making 2023 the biggest ever, and you can now order your resource pack from the See Me website and find out what other activities you can get involved in!
If anyone is keen to undertake activity, please get in touch, as we are happy to promote and support anyone in Moray with Time to Talk events!
