James Support Group’s last meeting in Elgin this year is on Thursday 15 December from 6pm to 7.45pm at The Community Centre.
This is a safe place to talk or to just listen, it’s free & refreshments are provided.
Sport Support is our new initiative to support all sports people, clubs & organisations.
We will come along to your sport venue, maybe at the end of your training evening or event day – and give a short talk on Positive Mental Health, Wellbeing & looking out for each other.
This is a free service & we hope to reach as many young people as possible to give them the tools to help themselves & each other in times of crisis or difficulty
