Moray Wellbeing Hub – Tools for Recovery
Project Summary: Tools for recovery offers adults in Moray hope and better wellbeing through attending a weekly course. These are delivered by peers, people who use the same tools themselves.

Rebecca Scott- Peer Support for parents with under 5’s
Project Summary: I want to set up a peer-support group where we can help one another feel good about ourselves and our roles as parents. Parents of under 5s, including those who are pregnant, can feel isolated or struggle with their mental health.

If you would like to know more about the projects, pop along to the Marketplace Event on Thursday 8th December (6pm – 8pm) at the Laichmoray Hotel, Elgin. Applicants, including Moray Wellbeing Hub, will be there to talk to you about their projects and why you should vote for them!
