Lived Experience Talent Coordinator, employed fixed term until Feb 2023, opportunity to extend further dependent on experience and funding.

Moray Wellbeing Hub CIC, Moray, hybrid working (includes from home), 30hours+ per week. Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour.

Moray Wellbeing Hub CIC are a collective of people from the community of Moray who have experienced challenges in their own mental health and wellbeing at some point in their lives and want to make a positive change. They operate for the benefit of the Moray community as a social movement of Wellbeing Champions, and as a Social Enterprise which invests in Moray community’s mental health. Through a focus on individuals’ strengths, empowering people to overcome challenges, and acting as a catalyst for positive change in mental wellbeing, they combine innovation, lived experience, and a strong evidence base, to ensure their work reflects the needs of the Moray community as a gold standard in peer led action.

The role supports our leadership team to deliver the objectives of our social movement and enterprise; increasing our network, connecting partners, and supporting community members to navigate activities, improve services and achieve personal wellness goals including through training and facilitating. It supports people to make progress towards, and maintain, formal volunteering and employment opportunities. As well as activity delivered as part of partnership projects, it also includes working with our social enterprise clients in tasks such as consultancy and facilitation.

The role is a minimum of 30h a week until 28th February 2023, the hours can extend to full time depending on skills and opportunities.

This role is part funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.

Website Developer & Technical support self-employed. £15-£20ph dependant on experience, Moray Wellbeing Hub CIC. Initial contract flexible 5h per week, 3 months with option for ongoing contracts subject to funding. Based in or near Moray area.

With a passion for bending technology to meet our needs as well as a keen interest in our values and approach, this technical role supports the Moray Wellbeing Hub CIC delivery team to deliver the objectives of our social movement and enterprise, ensuring we have the tools to communicate effectively. Connecting audiences of all ages and life experiences with solutions that simple, lasting and supportive. A key component to this initial 3 month contract will be supporting the development of the ‘Discover Pathways to Wellbeing’ online resource to improve this wordpress based tool in accessibility, reach, content and management, as well as our own website and other internal data management systems.

Non-Executive Director (Finance)

It is a time of growth and development at Moray Wellbeing Hub, and with the imminent launch of our updated strategy, we are looking for a new Director to join us with a specific interest in the area of Finance.

As well as sitting alongside the other Directors and working on areas such as governance and business planning, this role would take a specific view on our Finance operations and planning.

This recruitment is for non-executive roles, volunteering on average around 3 hours a week.
