NEWS: Volunteers Needed for new Digital Voices Project

MWH Admin TeamNews

The Wellbeing Team in Scottish Government is developing a new digital resource around mental wellbeing.

The website will have lived experience videos and clips, as well as blogs for people to consume at their leisure, and is the perfect opportunity for those keen to make change in mental health and share their experiences with a wide audience.

The team is looking for people who are willing to make their own short videos – a couple of minutes long and filmed on a phone. Nothing too professional or too technical, concentrating on their own experiences and sharing what has worked for them that they might want to share with other people.

The key areas to be covered in the first phase of this work are grief, panic, anxiety, stress and sleep.  Ideally they are looking for a good representative range of voices, including minority ethnic, different ages, geographies and social circumstances, etc.

If you are interested get in touch with hello@moraywellbeinghub.org.uk to organise a connection to the Scottish Government team. There is no deadline at present.
