Local education charity Wild Things are launching Wild Wanders, a series of wellbeing walks around Moray and Inverness-shire which are free for anyone to attend.
All walks will be from 10am-12.30pm to allow a gentle and relaxing walk, and time for a wee break and a hot drink.

These guided nature wellbeing walks throughout Moray and the Highlands give you the opportunity to experience the great outdoors with a knowledgeable and friendly guide.
Walking is great for our physical health and benefits our mental health. Walking with a group can help us to feel more connected, improve our mood and help to lower anxiety and stress. If you feel this would benefit you please come along. There is no charge and no need to book.
