Want to get more from life? These courses could be just the support you need.

Help us organise a course to suit you! Moray Wellbeing Hub are looking to arrange courses for the new year. These will start in January/February and run for 6 or 8 weeks. It could be in-person or online, it’s up to you to choose and we will plan based on the most popular answers and current COVID guidance.

Please complete the short survey by Monday 17th January at 10am.

MWH is a local social enterprise working with the NHS, local organisations, adults and young people in Moray, to deliver change. Our peer-facilitators are skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate.

There are two courses to choose from, both delivered in supportive group environments by our skilled peer-trainers – people who use these techniques themselves and are trained to support and inspire you to create change.

Living Life to the Full (LLttF) 8 x 1½h weekly sessions
LLttF is a self-help CBT-based (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) course which aims to give you the skills to gain better control of your life, feel less stressed, and more able to cope with challenges. Choose this if you like structured support, short sessions and CBT approaches.

Wellness Action Planning (WAP), 6 x 2h weekly sessions or delivered in day/half day intensives
This course takes a creative approach to self-management, aiming to build connection, hope, identity, meaning and empowerment in a supportive peer-group where you create your own tool for wellbeing. If you enjoy being creative and like a dynamic format to exploring who you are, how others can support you and how to plan for challenging times in a positive way, this is the course for you.
