Join us as we support the launch of See Me, See Us in Moray!

See Us is the new campaign from See Me, Scotland’s programme to end mental health stigma and discrimination. As hosts to the Moray social movement for change around mental health, Moray Wellbeing Hub is delighted to host this event. Aiming to explore the campaign and how it could be delivered in Moray, we welcome everyone to get involved in hearing more.

More than half of people in Scotland say their perceptions of people with mental health problems have improved over the past 10 years – and they want to build on that progress.

For too long tackling mental health stigma has been seen as the responsibility of those who have experienced it.

It’s time to move past Seeing Me, the person struggling, and for everyone to stand up and say See Us, we’re making a difference together.

The event is aimed at anyone interested in learning more about See Me at the See Us campaign. We particularly hope that Champions from Moray Wellbeing Hub will attend as well as those who work with us from local organisations, statutory services and businesses.

What to expect at the event

  • Introduction to the campaign from See Me Programme Manager, Toni Groundwater.
  • Local perspective from Moray Wellbeing Hub Social Movement & Enterprise Lead Heidi Tweedie.
  • Facilitated breakout space for discussing ideas on taking the campaign forward in Moray.
