EVENT: Bike Revolution in a spin with October Holiday Activities!

Get on your bike this October holiday!

Our Bike Revolution Delivery team are going to be busy this October, with their popular one-to-one bike skills sessions, some exciting bike tours and a brand new family biking day programme, plus our first autism friendly one to one bike skills session.

One-to-One Bike Skills Sessions – From starting out with balance bikes to improving bike skills, we will have a variety of bikes in different sizes to suit children aged 4 to 11. Simply book your session and then let the instructor know what level of cycling or instruction the young person needs on the day – we can even provide a bike and helmet.

Developing Bike Skills – These sessions are designed to develop the skills confident young cyclists and include obstacles, jumps and ramp challenges to help improve balance, co-ordination and confidence.

All Ability Cycling Sessions : Cooper Park – Our all ability cycling sessions offer the opportunity for young people, and adults, with additional cycling needs to try out and enjoy cycling with different adapted bikes, including trikes and wheelchair bikes.

Family Bike Day – Thanks to some generous funding from Cycling UK through their Shift initiative, we are running some family biking days.  The purpose of these sessions is to empower families to get out cycling together by teaching some basic bike maintenance and then going on a led ride.  Please note, these sessions are open to families only, so no unaccompanied young people or lone adults please.
