Wild foods can be tasty and nourishing!
Learning what you can eat in the wild requires we engage with the natural world with all our senses. The emphasis is always on sustainability, safety, appreciation and fun! On this foraging session you will have the opportunity to learn about traditional uses of plants, identification, nutrition, preparation, plant ecology and much more.
Join us on this free guided walk where we will explore the world of foraging. We will get to know local wildlife and you’ll learn simple ways to connect to nature, wherever you may live.
