Age Scotland’s Around the House in 80 days
For the whole month of November, each Monday to Friday, Age Scotland will upload three short 10 minute movement bites to the Age Scotland YouTube channel at 10am, 1pm and 4pm.
Thier friendly health and wellbeing professionals, Jenny and Yolanda, will guide you through the movements and encourage you to build them into your daily routine.
The first session began on Monday 2nd November at 10am on the Age Scotland YouTube channel and will continue each weekday until the end of the month. Carers and family members of any age are very welcome to join in too and can also help you get started.
