We are excited to announce that we are looking for two new directors. This recruitment will support our existing Director team of three at Moray Wellbeing Hub CIC. It’s a great opportunity for new and existing Champions.

The Director team lead the company as a ‘teal’ or self-managing team. We embrace the opportunity to express the peer-values of mutuality, authenticity and intentionality through the governance process as well as in every aspect of delivery.
All Directors are visible Champions, using their personal experience of life challenges to lead and make strategic decisions.
This recruitment is for non-executive roles, volunteering a minimum of 3 hours a week, with an opportunity to develop to an executive role (paid) depending on skillset and experience.
