Voices Scotland is a free and flexible workshop that supports people, groups and communities to explore issues that are important to them. It provides attendees with the knowledge, skills and confidence to have their voices heard in the shaping of local and national health and social care services.

The session will provide you with an interactive overview of how we can work in partnership, with the aim of building the confidence and skills of the attendees so we can influence and deliver change together. We’ll explore how personal experience can shape service improvement; the benefits of and barriers to getting involved; gain an understanding of health and social care structures; and explore methods for working together to influence positive change.

The session is aimed at anyone with an interest in community engagement such as community groups, Third Sector colleagues, members of the public or health and social care staff.

The session will run from 10am until 1pm with with at least one break.
