Free workshop for parents: Supporting your child to cope with anxiety

Open to any parent, carer or grandparent to learn creative, fun and interactive ways to support your child or young person with anxious feelings.

Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry or unease. We all experience anxiety from time to time and this is normal. However, many children and young people in Scotland feel so anxious most of the time that it stops them from doing things they want and need to do.

Workshop facilitator: Clair Rochester is a registered Art Therapist with over 20 years’ experience of working in the NHS and Educational settings. She currently works across Moray supporting Children, Young People, Families and Practitioners to gain confidence in managing mental health and well-being concerns. She is a mother of two children.

Limited places, so please book for this workshop via Moray Wellbeing Hub and drop us an email at: hello@moraywellbeinghub.org.uk
