This is a Nuffield Foundation funded research study which is investigating the views and experiences of patients, named persons, practitioners and tribunal members regarding the tribunal processes and outcomes.
Professor Stavert and colleagues from Edinburgh Napier University and Queen’s University Belfast are looking for research participants and are inviting patients and/or named persons who have experienced the mental health tribunal process in Scotland to participate in the study.
