Nature4Health are promised £5000 from the NHS to run a Branching Out programme in the Moray Area, on condition of matching it!
The Branching Out programme is well established and has shown great efficacy using nature, conservation, bushcraft, physical activity and environmental art as therapeutic tools for those in mental health recovery.
Any help is super appreciated, please share and help make a real difference to people in real need of help in the Moray area.
