NEWS: Consultation Launch – Grampian-wide strategic plan for Mental Health and Learning Disability services

HeidiNews, Survey

Over the last few months workshops have been running both in communities and for senior leaders within the health and social care, to carry out a strategic review across Grampian looking at Mental Health and Learning Disability (MHLD) services. Moray Wellbeing Hub was involved in co-hosting the local workshop in Moray for community members as well as sending our Social Movement and Enterprise Lead Heidi Tweedie to take part in the senior leader’s workshops in Aberdeen.

The draft strategic plan is now available to read online (this link will take you away from our website).

Feedback on this draft strategic plan is sought by the 31st August, prior to a final draft being prepared and approved. Anyone interested in taking part can provide feedback online (this link will take you away from our website).

Also available is a publication from ALLIANCE who held the community workshops seeking local views on MHLD services in Grampian. These views were summarised in Hearing the Voice and Contributions of People and Communities and informed the Grampian strategic review.
