The project offers a great opportunity to bring people together to achieve a positive change and improve outcomes for the whole community.
Susan Pellegrom, former practice manager at Keith Health Centre, has been appointed by Health & Social Care Moray to lead on the work required to progress the project to the next stage. This includes the meaningful engagement of all stakeholders in shaping future services which meet the needs of patients and staff. A programme of participation opportunities will be offered to inform the development of the model for integrated health and care services. Details will be publicised shortly.
