Try out drumming for fun and wellbeing!

No experience necessary, this is for everyone aged 13 years plus whatever their ability, whether you have never played before or are a practised musician.  Experience the power and fun of playing rhythm together in a group and how uplifting and energising this can be.  Drumming has been shown to promote a sense of wellbeing and promote good health, mentally and physically.

You are welcome to come along and try it for yourself in this taster session. If you have a heart beat then you have rhythm! Led by Carol Scorer, a professional percussionist /storyteller and experienced workshop facilitator.
