CHEX and the Scottish Community Development Centre (SCDC) have an active supporting communities programme throughout the country, including in Buckie and New Elgin, to help build skills and ideas important to these communities.
The aim is to see what sort of support is available in the selected communities and see how it can be improved. A brief report can be found through this link.
