Fabulous local organisations such as Moray Reach Out are great places to volunteer and to support. They have their own newsletter that is worth subscribing to, but to give you an idea of their news we wanted to reshare it!

Moray Reach out have a new premises for their Thrift Shop at 23 East Church Street, Buckie, that’s open Monday to Thursday 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. up until end February.  It will close the week beginning 4th March for renovations but their Yarns and Crafts shop remains open at 33 West Church Street. The Thrift Shop will only be available on line until the renovations are completed.

MRO Recycling, Buckie have completed an Upcycling trial which went really well and they are now looking for funding to start a more permanent upcycling project.  They also staff the Moray Council Materials Recycling Facility in Lossiemouth which operates as a training facility.  Later this year, the Lossie facility will be moved to Moycroft.
