Moray Wellbeing Hub and Scottish Recovery Network are hosts for this Moray event. New network members welcome (community members, third sector and statutory services) – if you are a person with an interest in self-management this is the network for you.
About the network:
The Grampian Self Management Network emerged following a successful national networking meeting held in Aberdeen in April 2016 supported by the ALLIANCE. The network is a mixed forum of practitioners (Health, Social Care and Voluntary sector) and people with lived experience. It provides an opportunity to meet, share, learn and obtain mutual support, whilst providing the wider system with a collaborative resource to influence and guide organisational change. The network is open to anyone in Grampian with an interest in supporting self-management as an important part of enabling people to live well with their long term condition
