Anne Owens, the Learning Centre Co-ordinator at Elgin Library has announced two computer skills courses. A computer and internet skills course for job seekers will take place at Elgin Library. A further course for basic computer and internet skills will take at four venues in Moray – Buckie, Elgin, Forres and Keith.
