Our Champions have a variety of backgrounds and roles giving our social movement for change diversity and strength – supporting Moray to be a better place for Wellbeing. From time to time they share their projects and passions with us to help inspire the wider community. Champion Jane Duncan Rodgers is one such individual, passionate about the topic of being more open about grief, death and dying from her own experiences supporting her husband around his death in 2011. She set up Before I Go Solutions, a social enterprise that aims to empower people on this subject.
She asked us to share her current project to help people think about planning the end of their life – a fun free five-day challenge that she hopes will help people;
- Discover the 8 essentials of a good end of life plan so that nothing is missed.
- Determine exactly what steps you need to take next in your personal situation.
- Understand just what needs to be put in place to lessen the headaches for your family after you’ve gone.
Read more about the challenge here and get involved.
