Human Rights Day was on the 10th December, and was observed by the international community.
This particular Human Rights Day had extra special meaning, as it marked the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights alongside the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Scottish Human Rights Commission. To highlight these anniversaries, the Scottish Human Rights Commission has created a video sharing ten people’s experiences of working to protect and promote human rights in their own community.
