With the celebration of 100 years of some women getting the vote in the UK, alongside various movements such as #MeToo and #TimesUp across the globe, the Young Women’s Movement in Scotland will be carrying out this year’s research of the Status of Young Women in Scotland. This year it’s looking at political engagement, participation and activism through a survey aimed at young women living in Scotland aged between 16 – 30 years, though they will also be running focus groups and interviews to speak in more depth to young women across Scotland.
