There is good news for Moray Reach Out, as their LEADER application with ReBOOT has been successful. This will result in a Development Worker post which will soon be advertised as a key role with Reach Out and ReBOOT – plastics and waste recycling project.
MRO have been busily developing plans for their move next year to 23 East Church Street, if wish to know more about Moray Reach Out and their projects, join them at their Open Day to hear all about it. The Open Day is on Friday 16th November at 23 East Church Street, Buckie (next door to the Bank of Scotland). Pop in anytime between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. – refreshments available. Their AGM will take place around midday, but the main aim of the day is to let attendees speak to the people involved in the projects as well as about plans for new developments. There will also be a Spinning demonstration and the beginnings of their Thrift Shop to see at the open day.
MRO also have an upcoming fundraising evening on Friday 23rd November from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. – that also includes live music at the Ex-Serviceman’s Club in Elgin.
Tickets will available from their Elgin and Buckie shops – £5 for adults, £2.50 for children.
