World Suicide Prevention Day/Week runs all this week (9th-15th September) and here are a few items that may be of interest to you.
The first is a video interview from ITV’s This Morning on the subject of male suicide. They say,
“On World Suicide Prevention Day we’d like to share a video we made to highlight male suicide. However the message is for everyone – don’t suffer in silence.”

The Samaritans have worked alongside the UK Armed Forces to produce a new booklet aimed particularly at helping those in the forces understand more about suicide. The booklet can be downloaded using the link below and contains lots of positive help and advice for everyone, not just forces personnel.
