Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland (CHSS) are seeking the views of those living with chest, heart or stroke conditions and those who have friends/loved ones living withe these conditions through their first National Lived Experience Survey.
Responses will help CHSS shape the support and services that they provide across the country. You can fill in the survey here and it will be live until the 31st of July.
