News: Dial M for Moray Bus Service – updates

MWH Admin TeamNews

Dial M for Moray is Moray Council’s award-winning accessible door-to-door bus service (public roads only) for those unable to use existing forms of transport or who do not have a regular scheduled bus service.  This service is for everyone, regardless of age or disability.

For all the information about the service please go to:

Dial M for Moray

Areas covered by Dial M are Buckie, Elgin, Forres, Keith and Speyside.

Please note that the Dial M service can be booked in order for someone to attend a GP or other medical appointment, if there is no commercial service that can take them, and that groups can request a group booking to take them to the same group even if they are travelling from different areas/zones in Moray, rather than lots of individuals in the same group attempting to make separate bookings.

Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS) Survey “Your Bus, Your Say: Creating Better Journeys” is an in-depth look at bus services across Scotland. In Moray the survey highlighted that out of 180 people from Moray who responded to the survey, 36% believed that they can’t access their local GP surgery or hospital by bus.
