Disability Equality Scotland is gathering information on different aspects of accessible travel for Transport Scotland and other transport providers.
- Accessible Information – covers issues such as attitude and behaviour of transport staff, and satisfaction with information when things go wrong on a journey, such as a change of platform, or a cancelled service.
- Transport in rural areas – which covers the cost, frequency and accessibility of transport.
- Connectivity – which covers your experiences of changing between one mode of transport to another and the difficulties this presents.
