Event: Wednesday 18th April, Health and Social Care Moray – Rescheduled Event, Forres

The first co-production workshop to shape future health and social care services for the frail elderly in the Forres locality will now be held on Wednesday 18th April at 7pm in Forres Town Hall.

Health and Social Care Moray are bringing together staff, GPs, the third and independent sectors, voluntary groups and the local community in the Forres locality to develop a new joined-up model of high quality, safe, effective and sustainable care.

Working in facilitated groups, the outcomes for the April workshop will be to:

• Identify current resources in terms of buildings and services
• Identify providers of care and support from all sectors
• Consider any gaps, cross-overs, challenges and opportunities
