Moray Council have produced a new A4 leaflet setting out their complaints procedure in an easy to understand visual format.
You can see the leaflet here and there is a download link below. If you have any comments or ideas do send an email (before the 31st March) to info@moraywellbeinghub.org.uk and we will collate any suggestions and forward them on to the council for consideration.
