A small, safe and fun group experience designed to make an impact.

You can get in touch with the UCAN project directly on ucan@mentalhealth.org.uk

The UCAN project is a collaboration led by the Mental Health Foundation to explore mental health and wellbeing in the context of self-management of long term physical health conditions. If you are working directly with children or young people they would love to chat with you to find out how this is framed in your programmes, as they build an ideas bank for ways the Mental Health Foundation can support this work.
