News: Moray Mental Health and Wellbeing Centre Opens in Elgin

Recently the new Mental Health and Wellbeing Centre for Moray opened in Elgin.  This centre can be used to access a range of adult services designed to promote positive mental health and support people to recover from mental ill health.   People seeking advice and support can call or email the service, or visit its newly opened office base at 30-32 Batchen Street in Elgin town centre. Activity: Summertime Family Activities with Earthtime For All in Duffus

Here we will be delivering our seminar from March “How do I help? Tips on being an effective supporter”. 2. Thursday 11th – From Surviving to Thriving: Conversation Cafe from Making Recovery Real. Report: Therapeutic Gardening in Moray – REAP Scotland

REAP (Rural Environmental Action Project) is a local environmental and sustainable development charity based in Keith. REAP works to raise environmental awareness, tackle economic inequality and engage in social enterprise through a variety of projects and services. REAP have just published a new report into therapeutic gardening in Moray, funded by the Moray Integrated Care Fund Small Grants. We like to make sure you know what’s happening in wellbeing groups in your area. This is not a Moray Wellbeing Hub organised group so please contact David directly with any questions. Forres Stepping out is part of Walk Moray and we are linked to Paths for All, a Scottish based charity. We provide health walks in Forres based on the Forres House Community Centre Meet every Monday at 1.15pm  for a 1.30pm departure. We provide 2 walks.
