Three quarters of Scots with long-running mental health problems say their recovery has been negatively impacted by public spending cuts. A bombshell new report lays out in detail the toxic effect years of service loss and stress are having on those suffering mental health issues. ‘Real People, Deeper Cuts’ was compiled by Vox, a Scotland-wide third sector coalition which includes Bipolar Scotland, Borders New Horizons, Lanarkshire Links, Psychiatric Rights Scotland, the Scottish Dementia Working group and West Dunbartonshire Mental Health Forum. A new social security assessment process for Scotland: the views of seldom heard people ALLIANCE (Health and Social Care Alliance, Scotland) would like to announce that the final report from the consultation with seldom heard people in Scotland about a new social security assessment process is now available. Report: Therapeutic Gardening in Moray – REAP Scotland

REAP (Rural Environmental Action Project) is a local environmental and sustainable development charity based in Keith. REAP works to raise environmental awareness, tackle economic inequality and engage in social enterprise through a variety of projects and services. REAP have just published a new report into therapeutic gardening in Moray, funded by the Moray Integrated Care Fund Small Grants.
