Activity: Free 6-week music production course for 18-25yr olds open for booking

We are supporting a six-week course run by Coyote Initiatives starting on November the 1st in Elgin. The course that gives people the chance try their hand at music production, live recording & film is open to young people who feel that they face challenges to their wellbeing and might not normally get to access such a course as a result. Activity: Green Wood Creations with Earth for Life

Earth for Life are launching another Moray-based outdoor wellbeing and woodland skills programme.  ‘Green Wood Creations’ starts in Elgin on Wednesday 25th October, and they are now inviting referrals for participants. Earth for Life has been accepted by Moray Health & Social Care as a micro-provider, so they ask that any would-be participants in receipt of SDS (self-directed support) contribute to the cost of this programme out of their budget.  For those not eligible for SDS, they now have a bursary system in place to ensure that funds are not a barrier to entry.  To discuss contributions from the SDS …

Stephen Webb would like to invite you to his show that he is performing at Newbold House, Forres. It’s his recovery journey played out as a magical storytelling adventure. ‘feybairn!’ is an inspiring and hopeful tale aiming to brings hope to others. Stephen likes to think it demonstrates the power of storytelling, writing and performing as great allies on the recovery road. Earth for Life are delighted to let you know that they are launching another Moray-based Branching Out program (in and around Forres woodlands).  Their late12-weekeek outdoor wellbeing programme starts on Tuesday 8th August, and they are now inviting referrals for participants. Activity: Preferable Mental Health Support Workshop – an invitation from GSA

Glasgow School of Art, based at the Altyre Estate, are hosting a workshop on Preferable Mental Health Support and you are invited! Suggested dates are either Wednesday 12th, Thursday 13th or Friday 14th July. They could run the workshop from 10 – 1pm (including lunch at the end) or 12.30 – 3.30pm (starting with lunch).
