Join Nature 4 Health on 9th November for an introduction into supporting mental health through a connection with nature.
Places are free and funded through OWL Scotland.
They will be going through various nature connection practices, games and activities, including their famous, “Mindful flapjack”. There will be a discussion on the benefits of nature connection from a mental health standpoint, including academic and experiential evidence. Also included will be tea/coffee made over the fire, a story-telling and lots of ideas for personal and group practice.
